How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Go to 'My Bookings', find your reservation, and click 'Cancel Reservation'. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or phone for assistance.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in cash directly to your driver at the time of transfer. The price you see during booking is the final price — no hidden fees or surprises.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time. There is no extra charge for flight delays.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we provide baby seats and booster seats free of charge. You can request them during the booking process under 'Extras'. Please specify the age and weight of your child so we can provide the appropriate seat.
What's included in the price?
Our prices include: private vehicle, professional driver, meet & greet service at the airport with a name sign, flight tracking, luggage assistance, and door-to-door transfer. There are no hidden fees.
How early should I be at the airport for departure transfers?
For departure transfers (hotel to airport), we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight's departure time for international flights, and 2 hours for domestic flights.
